On December 7, 2023 in the Moscow Pedagogical State University was held the Youth Educational Forum for schoolchildren and college students - "Moscow Multifaceted and Multilingual". The Forum is the central event of the project of the same name, which is annually realized by the Moscow Pedagogical State University represented by the Faculty of Regional and Ethnocultural Education of ISGO with the support of the Department of Education and Science of Moscow. The project is aimed at ethnocultural education and development of students' project activities on the cultural and linguistic diversity of Moscow and Russia.

18 августа в с.Обуса состоялся областной фестиваль "Гэсэриада - 2023". Осинский район славится тем, что это единственное место, где живая истинно народная традиция "Гэсэриады" ежегодно проходит в форме массовых праздников и фестивалей.

Праздник «День Тофаларии» включает мероприятия, посвященные изучению, поддержанию национальных традиций (просмотр видеофильмов о Тофаларии, круглый стол, мастер-класс, конкурс красоты "Сылтычык"), а также праздничный концерт с выступлениями творческих коллективов и отдельных исполнителей.
