On December 6, 2024, a roundtable discussion will be held with native language teachers and chairs of national-cultural autonomies on the topic, “Implementation of the Ethnocultural Component in the Ulyanovsk Region.” The honorary guest of the event is S.V. Pakhovsky, Head of the Department for Nationalities and Interfaith Relations of the Governor's Administration of the Ulyanovsk Region.

The chairs of the national-cultural autonomies of the Ulyanovsk Region delivered speeches on the outcomes of implementing the ethnocultural component in the region. They highlighted the positive work of the Ministry of Education and Training of the Ulyanovsk Region and offered recommendations for further development in this area in 2025.

As part of the event, the results of the Regional Competition “Best Classroom for Native Language and Literature” for teachers of native (Russian, Tatar, Chuvash, Erzya) languages and literature were announced. The competition was organized in accordance with the directive of the Ministry of Education and Training of the Ulyanovsk Region dated October 6, 2024, No. 1987-r.

Winners and runners-up of the competition were awarded diplomas from the Ministry of Education and Training of the Ulyanovsk Region, along with monetary prizes (1st place – 57,500 rubles, 2nd place – 34,500 rubles, 3rd place – 23,500 rubles).
