L’istituzione sociale del Calendario Campestre è indissolubile dall’attività dell’agricoltura e dell’allevamento, che sono antichissime, ben più antiche della finzione “postglaciale” e della fantomatica “mezzaluna fertile” perchè Nicolai Vavilov ha dimostrato che l’origine delle piante coltivate è indipendente, in una ventina di siti attorno al mondo e al di sotto del 45° parallelo Nord, in una antichità che deve comprendere cinque o sei precessioni ultramillenarie degli equinozii e del perielio.
