The All-Russian Public Award for the Preservation of Linguistic Diversity of the Russian Federation Key Word
The House of the Peoples of Russia held the All-Russian Public Award for the Preservation of Linguistic Diversity of the Russian Federation Key Word. The competition is held to support and raise the prestige of significant public and professional initiatives aimed at preserving and developing the linguistic diversity of the Russian Federation by encouraging the best projects and practices.
The contest is held in 8 nominations. The special nomination “I have erected a monument to myself…” was established this year and is dedicated to the 225th anniversary of the great Russian poet and writer Alexander Pushkin’s birthday.
485 applications from 75 subjects of the Russian Federation were received this year.
The ceremony of awarding the winners of the contest will be held within the framework of the forum Language Policy in the Russian Federation on 10-11 December.
