A collection of fairy tales “Bublikov svyazka” has been published in the Republic of Karelia.

The book includes 12 previously unpublished fairy tales of Pomorye, Pudozhye and Zaonezhye. The illustrators of the collection were schoolchildren.

A scientific and practical seminar “Modern Fairy Tale” was held in Petrozavodsk today. The guests of the event learned about the history of the collection, about some of the features of fairy tales and about the people from whom the texts were recorded.

The book was published within the framework of the project of ANO Kvartal “Wind of the Heritage of the North”, supported by the Grant Fund of the Head of the Republic of Karelia.
