The winners of the jubilee competition for the best knowledge of the Khakassia language among first-graders have been determined in Khakassia

The Ministry of National and Territorial Policy of Khakassia summed up the results of the competition for the provision of lump-sum payments to parents (legal representatives) of first-graders who speak the Khakass language in 2024. Cash prizes from the republican budget will be awarded to 35 first–graders of Khakassia who scored the highest number of points: 27 children from Askiz district, 5 from Abakan, 2 from Bey district, 1 from Tashtypsky district. 54 schoolchildren took part in the competition.

The competitive test was a conversation between a first-grader and members of the expert council in the Khakass language. The children were assessed according to the following criteria: understanding of speech in the Khakass language, the ability to maintain a dialogue, the ability to express their thoughts, and the correct pronunciation of words.

Ayas Kuchugeshev, a student of the 1st grade of MBOU Abakan “Secondary school No. 24“, and Mikhail Chertykov, a student of the 1st grade of MBOU Abakan “Secondary School No. 12“, won the competition with the maximum number of points.

The second place in the competition was taken by Egor Kostochakov, a student of the 1st grade of MBOU “Bazinskaya Secondary School” of Askiz district.

Ignat Mamyshev, a 1st grade student of MBOSHI Askiz Boarding Lyceum named after M.I. Chebodaev, took the third place.

The award ceremony for the winners and prize-winners of the fifth competition will take place at the end of October.

The republican competition is held by the Ministry of National and Territorial Policy of Khakassia within the framework of the state program of the Republic of Khakassia “Preservation and development of the Khakass language“. The program was developed and approved in 2021 on behalf of the head of the republic, Valentin Konovalov. The competition was first held in 2020, and this year it is being held for the fifth time.

В министерстве национальной и территориальной политики Хакасии подвели итоги конкурса на предоставление единовременных выплат родителям (законным представителям) первоклассников, владеющих хакасским языком, в 2024 году. Денежные призы из республиканского бюджета получат 35 первоклассников Хакасии, набравшие наибольшее количество баллов: 27 детей из Аскизского района, 5 – из г. Абакана, 2 – из Бейского района, 1 – из Таштыпского района. Участие в конкурсе приняли 54 школьника.

Конкурсное испытание представляло собой беседу первоклассника с членами экспертного совета на хакасском языке. Детей оценивали по следующим критериям: понимание речи на хакасском языке, умение поддержать диалог, умение выражать свои мысли, правильность произношения слов.

Победу в конкурсе с максимальным количеством баллов одержали ученик 1 класса МБОУ г. Абакана «СОШ №24» Аяс Кучугешев и ученик 1 класса МБОУ г. Абакана «СОШ № 12» Михаил Чертыков.

Второе место в конкурсе занял ученик 1 класса МБОУ «Базинская СОШ» Аскизского района Егор Косточаков.

Третье место занял Игнат Мамышев, ученик 1 класса МБОШИ «Аскизский лицей-интернат имени М.И. Чебодаева».

Церемония награждения победителей и призёров пятого конкурса состоится в конце октября.

Республиканский конкурс проводится министерством национальной и территориальной политики Хакасии в рамках государственной программы Республики Хакасия «Сохранение и развитие хакасского языка». Программа разработана и утверждена в 2021 году по поручению главы республики Валентина Коновалова. Впервые конкурс состоялся в 2020 году, в этом году он проводится уже в пятый раз.
