Quiz “ETNOSLOVO”

On February 21, in the House of Friendship of the Peoples of the Samara Region, an intellectual quiz “ETNOSLOVO” was held, timed to coincide with the international holiday – Mother Language Day, as part of the National Project “Education”

Students of the Samara V.V. Bartenev Multidisciplinary College were divided into five teams, each of which included four people. Next, it was necessary to come up with names – they became “Mother Rus'”, “Crystal”, “Crowbars”, “Bridges” and “Crackers”.

The knowledge of young people was tested on various topics: the history and culture of the peoples of Russia, the peculiarities of languages, the correctness of spelling, and students also translated modern youth words.

For the participants, the House of Friendship of Peoples prepared three rounds that are not similar to each other: the first is a warm-up, for speed. For example, the children had to name the most ancient letter in all alphabets, translate the Chukchi word “kora” or the word “sinlyk” from the Komi language.

The event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The students not only demonstrated their stock of knowledge, but also received a charge of positive emotions, learned a lot of interesting things and received memorable prizes – tubes and the board game “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”.
