Hosting of the second round of the annual republican television festival-competition “Sinmekhallash”

Hosting of the second round of the annual republican television festival-competition “Sinmekhallash” – 2023 was completed on August 15, 2023 in the Sh. Edisultanov in Dk of the Culture department of Grozny between the creative teams of the Nadterechny and Urus-Martan municipal districts of the Chechen Republic and the team of the Department of Culture of Grozny City Hall. The organizers are the Ministry of Culture of the Chechen Republic and the Chechen State Television and Radio Company Grozny. The organizing committee of the festival-competition has approved the composition of the jury from among well-known figures of culture, art and literature of the Chechen Republic: 1. Sharip Movladovich Tsuruev, member of the Union of Writers and the Union of Journalists of the Russian Federation, Honored Worker of Culture of the Chechen Republic. 2. Tokkaev Suleiman Sayd-Akhmedovich – Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. 3. Arsanukaev Musa Kilabovich – member of the Writers’ and Journalists’ Unions of Russia, Honored Worker of Culture of the Chechen Republic. Member of the Union of Writers and the Union of Journalists of Russia, Honored Journalist of the Chechen Republic. 4. Ataev Movsar Kokhkuyevich – People’s Artist of the Chechen Republic. 5. Kupchieva Tutasha Yarogievna – Honored Worker of Education of the Russian Federation, Honored Worker of Culture of the Chechen Republic. The performances of the participants are evaluated by the jury members according to the five-point system in the following nominations: 1. “Vocal creativity. Female vocal group”. 2. “Folk humor”. 3. “Chechen traditional culture and ethics”. 4. “A treasure trove of the Chechen language”. 5. “Applied arts and crafts”. The competition is organized in four rounds. Each round is held between two districts, or between three districts. The city halls team from the Department of Culture proceeds to the semi finals.
