From June 29 to July 2, 2024, the Interregional Festival of Cultural Heritage “Traditions of the Fathers” was held in the Republic of Dagestan

“From June 29 to July 2, 2024, the Interregional Festival of Cultural Heritage “Traditions of the Fathers” took place in the Republic of Dagestan. This significant event gathered talented performers from different corners of the North Caucasus Federal District to showcase the richness and diversity of the region’s cultural heritage. Among the festival participants was the amateur folk group of the male vocal ensemble “Voice of the Mountains” of the Municipal Budgeting Institution of Culture “Republican House of Culture named after I.G. Usmanov,” which presented its art at a high level. The “Voice of the Mountains” ensemble is known for its unique performance of folk songs that not only preserve historical value but also convey the powerful energy of the mountain peaks, reflected in their name. The “Traditions of the Fathers” festival serves as a platform for the development of international cultural communication and experience exchange among ensembles.”
