A unique project “National Living Rooms” has been launched in the House of Friendship of the Peoples of the Republic of Karelia!

We opened the doors to the world of living traditions and cultures: Azerbaijani dances fascinated with grace, the Mari folk tale came to life right on stage, turning into a theatrical adaptation, and the finest carved patterns of Belarusian art revealed the magic of ancient craftsmanship. And how can you not admire the amazing dolls — heroes of the epic poem “Kalevala“, created by the masters of the Karelian Folk Theater “Čičiliušku“?

The participants learned a lot of interesting facts about the traditions of different peoples, and also tried themselves in exciting master classes.
