On August 10, 2023, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of the National education section of the August meeting of education and science workers of the Republic of Tatarstan and a seminar-meeting with curators of national education, heads of educational organizations with instruction in their native (Tatar) language, teachers of the native (Tatar) language and literature of other subjects of the Russian Federation.
In total, 350 teaching staff took part in the event: directors of general education organizations with training in their native (Tatar) language, methodologists for national education, heads of district methodological associations of teachers of the native (Tatar) language and literature.
Within the framework of the events, there was an exchange of experience on teaching native languages in the context of the implementation of updated federal state educational standards and the introduction of federal educational programs, as well as a plenary meeting with the participation of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
An exhibition of textbooks and books, handicrafts, national clothes and much more was organized for the participants of the section.
